306. Alice

On the corridor of the Federal Investigation Building.

Shadow asked Mar En, who was following him:

"Do you have any questions about what I just said?"

Maren shook his head:

"It's gone."

Shadow and he told him in detail the new agreement they proposed with Atlantis. They described various conditions particularly well to the Atlantis and deliberately made them feel that they had a chance of winning. Of course, this is indeed the case if we look at the superficial conditions alone.

But the Federal Council proposed this to do not necessarily mean that Atlantis was worried that several cities would be flooded.

They can only be sure of doing this. If Atlantis actually had the chance to win head-on, the Federation would definitely have all kinds of secret tricks, and they also mastered some special anomalies that could affect the outcome out of thin air.

"We only have a small problem now." Shadow said, "We are temporarily helping you fight for this position, and we were originally responsible for the duel with Atlantis. We are a capable person named Du Jin, and we are not very convinced by you. Logically, this should be the problem we will solve.

"But the situation is very special now. Du Jin has a V-level teacher named Xiaoyao Taoist. He is not affiliated with the Federation and is not the kind of person who can communicate normally. Since we still have some plans for him, we cannot offend him at will.

“So you might have to find a way to convince him, but you don’t have to be stressed.

"If he deliberately makes things difficult for you, just ask me to support you."

Marn asked curiously:

"Didn't you just say you can't offend him?"

Shadow said with a smile:

"If you can solve the problem safely, it's best, but since we ask you to do things, we naturally cannot embarrass you in these details. Besides, Xiaoyao is not the one who competes with you. I am a Level V-level abilities."

While they were talking, a girl suddenly stumbled out of the corner of the corridor.

The shadow also slowed down the moment she saw her to remind Mar En:

"Isn't this our genius girl?"

The girl who was a little dizzy when she heard this turned around and immediately looked at Ma En, who was following the shadow:

"Uncle Shadow, is he the one they are talking about?"

Shadow smiled politely to her, but did not directly answer her question:

"Marne, she is Alice who is responsible for the third-level duel this time."

After hearing what he said, Mar En began to look at the girl opposite him. She looked like a mixed race from the East and West Federation, with a delicate and beautiful young face, a slightly curly golden hair with a shawl, and a pair of bright eyes as clear as sapphire...

“…just be fine.”

After Shadow's question was over, Mar En was surprised to realize that he had not noticed what he had said just now, but was attracted by the girl standing in front of him. Then he quickly built a defense line against her in his heart.

Then the shadow turned his face slightly and said to Ma En:

"Don't be afraid, this is normal. Anyone who sees her the first time is like this. The mental distraction just now is completely harmless. In fact, you are not as depressed as you think. Just a little stimulation can bring you back to reality."

The girl smiled at him apologetically:

"Sorry, I didn't mean it."

Shadow continued:

"You know we have the confidence to win in this matter, and you definitely think we will have some conspiracy, but I can guarantee that the Federation has not used any tricks in the third-level battle, and Alice is enough to defeat any opponents of the same level."

Maren looked at her and said:

"I believe your words."

Alice showed a look of embarrassment:

"Uncle Shadow said it a bit exaggerated. There are many people in the Federation who are better than me."

Shadow continued:

"The vast majority of the 4th-level abilities are not her opponents. Alice made us doubt the rationality of the class division method several times. After repeated verification, we determined that there is no problem with the class division of abilities itself, and the only one with the problem is her.

"Let me tell you this, our emphasis on her is very close to that of the Divine Skies Walker back then."

Alice shook her hand after hearing this:

"I'm far worse than Sister Shenxiao. She is the best among us, by the way...

"Why haven't my sister come to play with me recently?"

Her words instantly made Ma En think that she didn't seem to know what Shen Xiao had encountered, but he immediately felt something strange. If this was the case, why didn't the shadow remind himself to keep it confidential or something?

And the shadow answered quite naturally:

"They have submitted your application, but it may take some time to approve it."

The girl lowered her head in disappointment, but almost instantly smiled back on her face, and then Alice looked at Marne:

"I heard you are one of her best followers?"

Maren replied:

"I don't think so."

"Well..." Alice suddenly looked at Marne's face with a serious expression, "You look very sensible."

The shadow interrupted her gaze:

"By the way, what are you doing here? Do you meet your comrades in advance?"

After Alice was interrupted, she immediately turned her attention to the shadow:

"Yes, I think about who can win. I don't like that Du Jin very much."

Maren continued her words and asked:

"Then have you seen anything?"

Alice replied in a low voice:

"I don't see who you are going to win."

Maren then asked:

"So do you have any advice for me?"

Alice showed a contemplative look for a few seconds, and then said slowly:

"He has a very dangerous ball in his stomach, and you have to pay attention to the protection of your mind and body at the same time. They are very strong in this regard. He should have many bad tricks, but..."

She showed a distressed look and then looked at Marne with some apology

"Sorry, I don't know how to explain what I've seen."

"Those have already worked for me." Marne said to her, "Thank you."

Shadow suddenly interrupted:

"Since you have met Mar and Eun, is it time to go back? Otherwise, they will not be able to find you again."

Alice said reluctantly:

"All right……"

Shadow persuaded:

"If they knew you were coming to block me, they would definitely come to cause trouble for me."

The reluctance on the girl's face when she heard this also dissipated, and finally she turned her head and looked at Ma En.

“We have a chance to see each other, and…

"I like your hat."

Watching her walk towards the corner where she appeared, Mar En, who was not wearing a hat at all, looked at the shadow with a puzzled look.

The shadow didn't speak until her back disappeared into the corner:

"Be careful...

"She's a little lunatic."
